Tenancy as stewardship.
A long tenancy is better for everyone, and it is the thing we actually optimize for. We screen carefully, respond quickly, and price renewals to keep good neighbors in place.

Homes we own, and look after ourselves.
Orchid Homes is a small landlord in the North Carolina Triangle — a handful of houses across Raleigh, Durham, Apex, and Cary. Every one is a house we bought and keep, so when something needs fixing, there's no third party to ask.
We answer every inquiry within one business day.
Our commitment to every resident.
A record kept in small numbers.
Nineteen years in, we let the figures do the arguing. These update automatically from our own books.
