Your lease
Drafted to the North Carolina Residential Rental Agreements Act (NC GS Chapter 42) and walked through line by line before signing. Renewals are offered thirty days out, with any rent adjustment explained rather than simply asserted.
Repairs
Vetted trades on retainer for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general handywork. Submit through the portal and it reaches us directly — there is no owner to route the approval through.
Read the same day during business hoursRent & deposits
Pay by check or bank transfer — online payment isn't available yet. The ledger is visible in your portal the day a payment posts. Deposits are held per the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act (NC GS 42-50 through 42-56) and returned with an itemized statement within the statutory window.

Move-in and move-out condition inspections with a photo record, and an annual walk-through scheduled around you.
Two on-site visits per year, at minimum
